This is a full sized tennis court with a small casita in west Austin designed by Valverdi Residential and equipped with a covered patio, lounge, full bath and storage. Some of the key components on this structure are: engineered foundation and structural design, spray foam insulation, 15 SEER HVAC system, and a “cool roof” elevated batten system.
